The Autolite® Challenge Instant Win Game Official Rules: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Autolite® Challenge (the "Promotion") is intended for viewing and participation by individuals who are located in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada and shall be governed solely by U.S. and Canadian law. Promotion begins on or about 12:01:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2010 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s time clock shall be the official clock of the Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, or Canadian residents who are the age of majority in their province of residence, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Honeywell International Inc. (the "Sponsor"), its parent companies, affiliates, distributors, agencies, and subsidiaries and members of such employees’ immediate families and individuals living in the same household with such employees, officers, directors or agents are not eligible to participate or win.

HOW TO PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME: Online -- 1) During the Promotion Period, visit your local participating auto parts retailer, purchase any Autolite® Copper Core, Autolite® Platinum, Autolite® Double Platinum or Autolite XP Xtreme Performance® spark plugs (the "Eligible Products") and look for specially marked tear sheet forms for The Autolite® Challenge located in the store, while supplies last. 2) Visit www.autolitechallenge.com (the "Website"), complete the online registration form, including the UPC code from the purchase of an Eligible Product, the promotional code from your tear sheet, your name, address, city, state/province, zip code/postal code, daytime phone number and email address, and click the "submit" button. 3) Once you have submitted your registration, an instant win game play screen will appear. Follow the instructions on the screen and complete your game play to see if you have won an instant win prize. Obtaining Promotion Code and UPC By Email – To play without purchase, or if you do not have access to a promotion code from a tear sheet form for The Autolite® Challenge, visit the Website and click on the "Request Codes" link on the registration page to request a promotion code and UPC code by email. Your codes will be emailed to you. Click on the link in the email to return to the Website to register and receive a game play. Limit one instant win game play per person, per email address, per day regardless of method of entry. All electronic game plays must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2010. Electronically, digitally, or mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified.

HOW TO ENTER THE GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: Instant win game participants will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize Drawing (the "Drawing") by completing an instant win game play. Each valid, eligible, fully completed game play submitted by an eligible participant will be deemed one entry into the Drawing. Only valid game plays will be accepted. Limit one entry per person, per email address, per day regardless of method of entry. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2010. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and/or logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s plays/entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

WINNING: A total of 184 instant win prizes will be available. One (1) instant win prize will be awarded each day during the Promotion Period. One instant win prize will be awarded randomly each day via an algorithmic program. For purposes of the instant win game, each day begins on or about 12:01 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Potential instant winners will immediately see a winning notification page, which the instant win game player will be instructed to print out and retain for his/her records. Limit one instant win prize per person during the Promotion Period. Instant win entries by any person or email address in excess of the stated daily limitation will be void. On or about September 15, 2010, one potential Grand Prize winner will be selected via random drawing from among all eligible entries received. All potential prize winners must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules to qualify for a prize.

ODDS: Odds of winning an instant win prize depend on the number of instant win game plays completed each day during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO PRIZES: All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible game plays and entries are received. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case, unless otherwise specified herein, a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Each winner is responsible for any applicable fees, federal, state/provincial and local taxes, if any, and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of prize.

CLAIMING PRIZES: All prize claims are subject to verification by the Sponsor. All Canadian residents who are potential winners must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by Sponsor via a time and method specified by Sponsor. If you receive an instant win message via the Website, you are a potential winner of the prize indicated, subject to verification. Print out the potential winning prize notification page from the Website and save it for your records. Sponsor will attempt to send instant win prizes via regular mail within approximately 14 days of prize notification. Instant win prizes will be mailed to the street/mailing address provided on winner’s online registration. Sponsor is not responsible for loss, delay or damage in shipping. All properly claimed instant win prizes will be awarded, but in no event will more prizes be awarded than are provided for in these Official Rules. In the event more instant win prize notifications are given than are provided for in these Official Rules, instant win prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible instant win prize claims. Unclaimed instant win prizes will not be awarded. If any instant win prize is returned as undeliverable and/or winner cannot be contacted at the address on his/her entry within 30 days, prize will be forfeited and will not be awarded. Grand Prize winner must complete, sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Waiver of Liability and, except where prohibited by law, an Advertising and Publicity Release Form within seven (7) business days of receipt of grand prize notification or prize may be forfeited. If winner is a resident of Tennessee, he/she need not complete the Advertising and Publicity Release Form. In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, if grand prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, or a grand prize winner declines prize offered, the grand prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner via random drawing from remaining eligible entries. By participating in the Promotion, all participants acknowledge compliance with and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the decisions of Sponsor and/or independent judges, which are final, binding and conclusive in all respects.

RELEASE: By entering the Promotion, all participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and any of its promotional partners, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Promotion or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.

CONDITIONS: All game plays and entries become the property of Sponsor and will in no event be acknowledged or returned, and no correspondence shall be entered into. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address in question. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Promotion, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify multiple entries per day from the same person, or entries made through robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method, or entries made through any third-party website, and to disqualify any individual using such a method. Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, printers and advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer, printer, hardware, software or programming malfunctions or errors or interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, network malfunction, or other technical failures or errors, or failure to properly process entries; (b) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including inability to access the Website, submit entries, or other disruption related to Internet traffic, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; (c) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from entrant's access of the Website, whether human, mechanical or electronic; or (d) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the Website users or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which Sponsor deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion subject to the approval of the Regie in Quebec, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and select the winners randomly from entries received prior to the action or as otherwise may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor shall post notice of such action on the Website. If the Promotion is terminated or suspended, Sponsor will award any remaining instant win prizes via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the suspension or termination date.

QUEBEC: For residents of Quebec, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Regie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation concerning the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Regie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
